Real Estate Development & Asset Management Objectives

  • Oversee and manage all project stages (setup, design, construction, handover to operations)
  • Serve as the Owner’s Representative – safeguard the owner’s financial interest throughout the project lifecycle and take action to improve project investment returns
  • Lead the project’s decision-making – produce analysis and recommendations to the Owner and implement the Owner’s decisions
  • Serve as the owner’s ‘’point of contact’’ – consolidate technical information into strategic analysis for clear reporting to the owner
  • Serve as the owner’s ‘’technical development advisor’’ – produce value-added solutions at each project stage
  • Setup the project handing-over strategy – DLP, loan close-out, technical snagging, etc.
  • Advise the Client on the project exit strategy – sale to a REIT or Fund, off-plan sales, hold and operate, etc.
  • Coordinate with the owner executive team for project operational matters and handover from Development
  • Lead the project’s revenue generation strategy – marketing plan, leasing/sales plan, operational plans
  • Lead formation and execution of project marketing strategy – how to take the project to the market
  • Setup the entire revenue generation system – pre-leasing, leasing, tenant fit-out, tenant management, etc.
  • Setup the project operational systems – FM, PM, service charge system, etc.
